About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience is required; training is provided. The role includes helping keep deli, coffee, and fountain bars stocked with fresh offerings and preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides. You may also cross-train in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• May cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
