Overnight Team Member, Full or Part Time
About The Position
Circle K is hiring an Overnight Team Member, also described in the posting as a Customer Service Representative, for its store in Kittery, Maine. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced store environment and working across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Team members greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and may assist with the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and availability for overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- Availability for overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
- Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
