About The Position

The Overnight Cleaning Supervisor leads and oversees overnight cleaning operations across the resort, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, presentation, and operational readiness for guests, staff, and food and beverage outlets. The role covers main kitchens, stewarding areas, public restrooms, restaurants, bars, and spa facilities. Cleaning procedures must align with brand standards, health regulations, and resort expectations.

• Overnight cleaning experience is required.

• Complete tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality.

• Maintain professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced overnight work environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Riverside County Food Handler's certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate overnight cleaning teams, ensuring assigned areas are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen spaces, including equipment, floors, drains, and storage areas.
• Oversee cleaning and upkeep of public restrooms to maintain guest-facing standards.
• Ensure restaurants, bars, and spa areas are cleaned, reset, and prepared for the following day's operations.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members, reinforcing proper cleaning procedures and safe chemical usage.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
• Promptly address and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments to support seamless overnight operations.
