About The Position

The Overnight Stocker performs a wide variety of tasks on and off the sales floor. The role requires working independently and accurately while meeting productivity goals and maintaining a safe work environment. The shift is 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. The base pay is $19 per hour; final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. Medical, dental, vision, and additional benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience working in stockrooms and/or on overnight stock teams.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise on store fixtures according to established stocking standards and plans.
• Rearrange and organize existing or misplaced merchandise on fixtures and straighten sales floor merchandise areas.
• Retrieve and prepare merchandise for stocking, including cutting cases, printing pricing labels, performing price checks, removing product packaging, affixing labels or stickers, and organizing prepared merchandise on fixtures.
• Remove and dispose of cardboard and trash related to stocking.
• Assist with backroom organization by safely and orderly moving product, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the facility, clean fixtures, remove debris and trash from sales floor and backroom areas, and clean product spills.
• Perform additional duties as required, including break room and restroom housekeeping, price changes, furniture assembly, cart retrieval, and trailer unloading.
• Follow store standards and procedures, including company safety policies.
