About The Position

The Overnight Security Officer helps maintain facility safety while delivering welcoming, memorable guest experiences. The role monitors hotel premises, assists with incident investigations and emergency response, maintains security documentation, and responds professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
