About The Position

The Finance Analyst supports the financial operations of Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, Curio Collection by Hilton. The role performs accounting work across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting; supports financial reporting and month-end activities; and helps maintain internal controls over financial data. The Finance Analyst also responds to financial inquiries, helps resolve disputes, communicates financial results to stakeholders, and builds cooperative relationships with finance and corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting functions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting.
• Research and respond to inquiries and work with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly.
• Assist with monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data.
• Report financial results and help internal and external stakeholders understand financial matters.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with finance and corporate departments.
