About The Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor will help launch Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, a new 210-room oceanfront resort in Hilton’s Curio Collection. The role supervises daily housekeeping operations and supports a team focused on providing clean, guest-ready rooms and public areas and memorable guest experiences. The supervisor leads, trains, oversees, and evaluates Room Attendants and Housepersons; monitors room readiness and operational logistics; coordinates maintenance needs; and assists with frontline housekeeping duties and guest requests as needed. The role calls for at least one year of hotel housekeeping supervisory experience and schedule flexibility. Training experience and luxury experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assign, inspect, and verify room status, and promptly report discrepancies.
- Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
- Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
- Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
