About The Position

The Engineer maintains the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role supports facilities across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas; responds to guest and team-member maintenance requests; completes repairs and preventive maintenance; and documents work and issues needing further attention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest service calls and team-member work orders.
• Perform maintenance and repairs involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment and address identified needs.
• Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
