About The Position

Join Jacksons as an Overnight Retail Cashier, delivering customer service during late-night hours. The role includes processing transactions, keeping the store clean and organized, and helping create a welcoming environment for guests. This is a part-time position with shifts listed as 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. An overnight shift differential applies to eligible employees who work at least four hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• For Nevada locations, must be of legal age to work around slot machines.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch, and talk and listen.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Work safely in conditions that include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes or chemicals and odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
• Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following company policies and laws for restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Assist with additional store duties as needed.
