Overnight Retail Cashier
About The Position
Join Jacksons as an Overnight Retail Cashier, providing customer service during late-night hours. The role involves processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized store, stocking and rotating merchandise, and helping create a welcoming environment for guests. The store operates 24 hours a day. The listed part-time shifts are 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. An overnight shift differential is available to eligible employees who work at least four hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The position requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Work may involve heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning products. The role is located at 5059 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho.

- In Nevada, must be of legal age to work around slot machines.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch, and talk and listen.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
- Work safely around heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, thank them for their business, and invite them to return.
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
- Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following company policies and laws concerning restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
- Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
- Assist with additional store duties as needed.
