About The Position

Join Jacksons as an Overnight Retail Cashier, providing customer service during late-night hours. The role involves processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized store, stocking and rotating merchandise, and helping create a welcoming environment for customers. The position is part-time, with a stated shift of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The store operates 24 hours a day, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. An overnight shift differential is available to eligible employees who work at least four hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
Work safely in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, thank them for their business, and invite them to return.
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following company policies and laws for restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco.
Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
Assist with additional store duties as needed.
