At Cascada Spa and Hotel, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing and luxurious environment for our guests. We are seeking dedicated and friendly Public Area Attendants to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all public spaces within the hotel. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and sustainability.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have overnight availability including weekends
Ability to effectively communicate with our guests.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a guest facing housekeeping or a related role preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public areas according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure restrooms and common areas are stocked with necessary supplies and well-presented.
Report maintenance issues and special requests from guests promptly.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment.
Collaborate with departments throughout the property to ensure adequate supplies where necessary.
Uphold our sustainability practices by using resources efficiently and recycling where applicable.
