About The Position

The Overnight Front Desk Agent provides professional, friendly, and engaging service at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The role greets guests, checks them in, settles guest accounts, responds to the guest text messaging platform, and provides helpful information about hotel facilities. The agent follows departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety policies, and performs other duties as assigned. The position reports to the Overnight Manager.

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an intense, changing environment.
• Able to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Able to type 25 words per minute.
• Professional presentation and adherence to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Flexible in terms of working hours.
• Able to handle cash effectively and accurately.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• A second language.
• Previous customer-related experience.
• Previous property management system (PMS) experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Hospitality diploma.

Responsibilities
