About The Position

We are searching for an Overnight Custodian to join the team. The role is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. The position requires overnight hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and involves continual standing, walking, and reaching, occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching, and occasionally lifting over 75 pounds. The role may also involve occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.

Requirements

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work overnight hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; ability to work third shift.
• Honesty and an exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Ability to demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of continual standing, walking, and reaching; occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching; and occasional lifting of over 75 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.

Nice To Haves

• Custodial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
• Properly dispose of trash.
• Stock locker rooms with appropriate supplies and paper products.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment, such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment, to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and immediately turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
