About The Position

The Custodian provides exemplary service by keeping buildings clean and orderly and helping ensure a safe, healthy environment for residents and guests. This is a full-time overnight position, scheduled from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., paying $20–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school graduation is preferred.
• Six months to one year of custodial experience.
• Bring a smile to work every day.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a senior environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned community spaces, including rooms and lobbies.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Report maintenance repairs to a supervisor.
