About The Position

Clearwater Mayo Blvd, a luxury senior living community in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a full-time Overnight Concierge for the night shift. The Concierge is the first point of contact for visitors and helps create a warm, welcoming experience by greeting people, answering and directing calls, relaying messages, and providing a high level of customer service. The role also performs administrative duties supporting multiple departments and serves as a key point of contact during community emergencies. The scheduled hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field.
Current First Aid, CPR, or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Keep the front entrance, lobby, and reception areas neat, clean, and organized to present a professional first impression.
Welcome people to the community by standing to greet them and offering assistance.
Answer, transfer, and deliver messages for calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor visitors, request that they sign in and out of the logbook, and promptly report suspicious people or activity to the supervisor.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Accept and report residents’ special requests.
Maintain the community’s lost-and-found system.
Order and replenish administrative supplies as needed.
Support the Executive Director and other departments with administrative functions as needed.
Maintain and check off the meal attendance tracking form, alerting staff about needed room services or residents who have not attended meals.
Ensure regulatory compliance and immediately report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and policies to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
Represent Clearwater Living’s principles and core values daily.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
