About The Position

Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS), part of Planned Companies, is hiring a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Concierge to help ensure tenants, guests, and vendors receive a welcoming and helpful experience. The role includes providing individualized service to tenants, supporting access to local activities and services, and helping maintain a presentable and safe property. The stated schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., at a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Night Auditor or Concierge experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and vendors, announce their arrivals, and provide directions.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and provide individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
