The position also supports community engagement, brand loyalty, and the smooth organization of front desk and shared community resources. Weekend or evening work may depend on the shift. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
