About The Position

The Overnight Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents, creating welcoming first impressions and building positive relationships through personalized service. The role focuses on assisting residents and prospects, fostering community, supporting the property's brand, and keeping shared spaces and operational records organized. The position may require working weekends or evenings depending on the shift.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
