About The Position

The Overnight Cleaner / Tugger Operator supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role combines safely operating a tugger to move materials throughout the warehouse with general janitorial and housekeeping duties that help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in both equipment-operation and cleaning capacities.

No prior tugger or Power Industrial Equipment experience is required. Equipment training and certification are provided on-site, and internal licensing is issued by authorized trained supervisors.

The position is based in an active warehouse distribution setting involving equipment movement and housekeeping, with constant awareness of surroundings and adherence to safety standards. The anticipated job post end date is December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tugger to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Move carts, pallets, and supplies between designated areas to support warehouse flow.
• Assist with staging, replenishment, and material distribution activities.
• Conduct basic pre-shift equipment checks and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse traffic guidelines.
• Clean and maintain warehouse floors and work areas.
• Empty and maintain bins throughout the warehouse.
• Remove cardboard, plastic, metal, and broken wood debris.
• Keep work areas, walkways, and common spaces clean and organized.
• Support cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, canteens, and office spaces as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
