About The Position

Overture Home Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care to seniors in their homes. The primary assignment is in Red Oak, Texas, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with the possibility of additional shifts in Dallas and surrounding areas. The role requires dependable, professional care that supports clients’ dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. Candidates must be willing to adapt to changing schedules and client needs and work at least one shift per week.

Requirements

• CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
• Ability to reliably commute to Red Oak, Texas, for 8:00 PM–8:00 AM overnight shifts.
• Willingness to accept additional shifts in Dallas and surrounding areas.
• Must be able to provide care within a 30-mile radius of home.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must work a minimum of one shift per week.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
• Must be available and comfortable working overnight shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Flexibility and willingness to pick up additional shifts throughout the Dallas area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide attentive overnight supervision and assistance to support client safety and comfort.
• Assist with nighttime routines, repositioning, and mobility needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
