About The Position

Overture Home Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care to seniors in their homes. The primary location is Red Oak, Texas, with overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The role may also include varying shifts in the greater Dallas area. Candidates should be dependable, professional, comfortable working overnight, and willing to accept additional shifts as needed. The position supports seniors in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers assist clients with daily living and mobility needs, provide attentive overnight supervision and companionship, follow individualized care plans, and communicate with clients, families, and the care team. Employees must work at least one shift per week and be able to provide care within a 30-mile radius of their home.

Pay is listed as $16.00–$20.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour weekend differential. Requirements

• CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
• Ability to reliably commute to Red Oak, Texas, for 8:00 PM–8:00 AM overnight shifts.
• Willingness to work additional shifts in Dallas and surrounding areas.
• Ability to provide care within a 30-mile radius of home.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must work a minimum of one shift per week.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide overnight supervision and assistance to support client safety and comfort.
• Assist with nighttime routines, repositioning, and mobility needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
