They provide essential support to diverse clients, from medical offices to apartment complexes. No experience is required as they offer comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for success.
Requirements
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
- Strong English communication (spelling, grammar).
- Computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Reliable attendance.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Read/write/speak).
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls.
- Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone.
- Accurately gather and relay required information.
- Verify and enter details precisely into our system.
