About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Document customer interactions and update account information as needed
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
