Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally to assist customers with their inquiries or issues.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and update relevant records in the database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
