About The Position

Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent).
Valid Driver’s License.
Reliability and Punctuality - you show up ready to shine.
Excellent Communication Skills (phone, email, and chat).
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Solid computer skills.

Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required - we’ll gladly teach you what you need to know !

Responsibilities

Be the friendly voice customers love by responding to calls, emails, and chats quickly and professionally.
Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate, helpful information.
Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
