About The Position

AnswerOne is rapidly expanding and looking to fill multiple immediate openings for their overnight team. Overnight Bilingual Call Center Agents are the voice of calm for medical offices and professional services during late-night hours. They turn every late-night call into a win through empathy, and capture and relay vital information accurately in a fast-paced environment. Full, paid training is provided, lasting approximately one week before moving to a set schedule. The company is 100% Employee-Owned, meaning employees share in the financial success of the company.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Possess a naturally warm and reassuring voice.
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM successfully and accurately.
  • Comfortable operating in a Windows-based environment.
  • Reliable team member for a 40-hour overnight week.
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week).
