About The Position

The Overnight Bellperson serves as an ambassador of hospitality, welcoming guests and helping ensure smooth arrivals and departures. The role includes transporting luggage, coordinating transportation, sharing information about local attractions and hotel amenities, handling guest packages and mail, and communicating guest requests to hotel departments.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Valid license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transporting luggage to and from their rooms.
• Greet arriving guests warmly and offer assistance as needed.
• Arrange transportation services such as taxis or shuttles.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
• Receive and deliver guest packages, mail, and other items securely and promptly.
• Coordinate communication between guests and hotel departments to facilitate requests and services.
