About The Position

The Overnight Bellperson serves as a welcoming first and last point of contact for guests, helping create a positive arrival and departure experience. The role includes transporting luggage, arranging transportation, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities, handling guest packages and mail, and coordinating requests with hotel departments.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Valid license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transporting luggage to and from their rooms.
• Greet arriving guests warmly, make a positive first impression, and offer assistance as needed.
• Arrange transportation services such as taxis or shuttles.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
• Receive and deliver guests’ packages, mail, and other items securely and on time.
• Act as a communication link between guests and hotel departments to facilitate requests and coordinate services.
