About The Position

Altamira Club in Homestead, Florida, is hiring a full-time Outside Services Attendant. The role supports a positive experience for club members and guests while providing an opportunity to grow knowledge of golf club operations. As a Troon associate, the attendant contributes to the operations of a global golf and community management company. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.

The attendant welcomes members and guests, helps maintain the practice facility, and retrieves and cleans golf equipment and carts. The position also involves stocking, checking, cleaning, staging, and parking golf carts; maintaining an organized work area; and assisting golf shop staff. The role requires the ability to lift 40 pounds or perform team lifts with equipment. This job description is not an exhaustive list of all duties that may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the practice facility.
• Retrieve and clean golf equipment, including clubs, and golf carts.
• Ensure golf carts are stocked and in good operating condition.
• Wash, clean, stage, and park golf carts at the end of the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist golf shop staff with tasks.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
