About The Position

Austin Country Club is hiring a full-time, entry-level Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant to deliver first-class service to guests on the golf course. The role involves cleaning golf carts and member-stored clubs to high-quality standards, keeping the facility organized, monitoring the cart staging area, and clearing and resetting driving-range stations. Attendants report guest comments and complaints to management in a timely manner and maintain working knowledge of golf to better assist guests. They also participate in staff meetings and training as needed. The position offers $18 per hour, with the opportunity to earn tips. The schedule is flexible and includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays; shifts typically range from 6 to 8 hours. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of golf operations and the hospitality industry.
Excellent customer service skills.
