This role involves reviewing and updating condition reports, approving and auditing vehicle repair reports, and walking vehicles with account representatives to make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems. Communication with Lot Operations and Recon departments is crucial to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles and timely completion of reconditioning. The role also includes preparing sale vehicle run processes, ensuring proper scanning and organization of account vehicles, reviewing vehicles in the sale lineup, locating missing vehicles, and ensuring vehicles are ready for sale. A strong commitment to safety is essential, requiring adherence to all safety and health procedures and active participation in safety activities.
