About The Position

True North Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop new sales representatives through field training, practical coaching, and mentorship. The role combines training responsibilities with personal sales production and includes providing business-to-business demonstrations of supplemental insurance products. The trainer will help create a positive, team-focused culture and support the growth of the sales team.

Requirements

• Experience in sales.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of coaching and motivating others.
• A team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
• Reliability and organization, with willingness to lead in the field.
• Must be licensed in life and health insurance or willing to obtain licensure; the company will support licensure and reimburse the cost afterward.
