Outside Sales Trainer

About The Position

True North Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop new sales representatives, lead by example in the field, and support the growth of its team. The role combines sales production with hands-on training and mentorship. The trainer will help new agents gain confidence and consistency while providing business-to-business demonstrations of supplemental insurance products. The position offers uncapped commission, weekly draw pay, performance incentives and bonuses, leadership development, mentorship from senior leaders, advancement opportunities in agency leadership, and recognition events, retreats, and incentive travel. The trainer will help extend insurance protection to families by supporting and training new sales professionals.

Requirements

Experience in sales.
Strong communication skills and an enjoyment of coaching and motivating others.
A team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
Reliability and organization, with willingness to lead in the field.
Licensed in life and health insurance, or willing to obtain licensure; the company will support obtaining licensure and reimburse the cost afterward.
