About The Position

True North Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop new sales representatives, lead by example in the field, and help new agents build confidence and consistency. The role balances personal sales production with training and mentorship, including ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance. The trainer also provides business-to-business demonstrations of supplemental insurance products and helps foster a positive, team-focused culture rooted in growth. The position offers uncapped commission, weekly draw pay, performance incentives and bonuses, leadership development, mentorship, advancement opportunities, recognition events, retreats, and incentive travel.

Requirements

• Experience in sales.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of coaching and motivating others.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
• Reliable and organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed in life and health insurance, or willing to obtain licensure; the company will support obtaining licensure and reimburse the cost afterward.
