About The Position

True North Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and support new sales representatives. The role combines field-based training and mentorship with personal sales production. The trainer will help representatives build confidence and consistency while contributing to a positive, team-focused culture. The position also involves providing business-to-business demonstrations of supplemental insurance products.
