About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring an Outside Sales Retail Account Manager, Heavy Equipment at their rental facility in Fort Myers, FL. This role is focused on transforming the construction industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a dedicated team. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions, and a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The company is looking for individuals who are ready to grow, bring energy and drive, and contribute to building the future of construction.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in B2B sales within the construction-related industry.
  • A drive to provide a fantastic customer service experience.
  • Must be driven and an influencer, never satisfied with "good enough" results.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to solve any problem thrown your way.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge (rental or construction equipment) and experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Quick on your feet.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advocate and expert for EquipmentShare and specific construction equipment brands.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients in the assigned region.
  • Become an expert in EquipmentShare heavy equipment sales to educate customers on the benefits of purchasing from an EquipmentShare dealership.
  • Nurture, manage, and inform customer relationships to keep them updated on promotions and fulfill their equipment needs.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, quickly answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Manage sales pipelines for other nearby markets in the region.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to grow personal business and the company's footprint.
