About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, evaluate homes, and sell pest-control services. The role involves keeping appointments, following up promptly, building rapport and networking with customers, surveying homes, estimating needs, and counseling customers on pest-control options. Home evaluations may require entering tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage. Representatives recommend suitable services and explain their benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately, using the company’s sales process. The position involves working at different locations and acquiring new customers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Meet prospective residential customers and work on potential sales.
Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
Build rapport and network with potential customers.
Survey and evaluate homes, including entering tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage.
Estimate and counsel customers on pest-control options.
