About The Position

Crown Linen Service is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative for its Mats That Matter division. The representative will spend several months in the field demonstrating readiness for promotion to Team Leader. Upon promotion, the role will include building a sales force. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B salesperson with drive, professional presence, a record of success, and leadership ability, interested in working for an established company known for quality, value, and service.

Requirements

Relevant sales experience.
Strong prospecting and closing skills.
Ability to lead, train, motivate, and supervise others.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business-to-business accounts.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
Conduct in-person customer meetings and presentations.
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
Prepare proposals and close new business.
Maintain organized pipeline activity.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Upon promotion to Team Leader, build a sales force.
