About The Position

WinChoice, a family-owned custom manufacturer of replacement windows, is seeking highly motivated sales contractors with a strong desire to earn commissions averaging $150k-250k annually. The company provides high-quality, credit-qualified leads, with a proven sales system designed to close 35-50% of all appointments. The marketing team handles lead generation, appointment setting, and credit prescreening, ensuring that each appointment has closing potential. Outside Sales Contractors are expected to be flexible, versatile, and resilient, contributing to the company's vision of revolutionizing the window industry by improving products and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to be part of a team atmosphere.
• Ability to follow a proven selling system and programs.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Valid insurance/driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with Outside Sales preferred but not required.
• Experience measuring windows accurately is a plus but not required.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients select window styles.
• Educating clients about the advantages of WinChoice windows.
• Guiding clients through the purchasing process, including measurements and specifications.
• Connecting with homeowners, earning their trust, and demonstrating the value of WinChoice products.
• Following the proven selling system and programs.
• Traveling within a 150-mile radius to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes.
• Computing cost factors when preparing estimates.
