Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to be part of a team atmosphere.
• Ability to follow our proven selling system and programs.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Valid insurance/driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within 150 miles and meet face-to-face with customers in their homes.
• Basic math skills; ability to compute cost factors when preparing estimates.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients select window styles.
• Educating clients about the advantages of WinChoice windows over other brands.
• Guiding clients through the purchasing process, including measurements and specifications.
• Connecting with homeowners, earning their trust, and demonstrating the value of WinChoice windows.
• Traveling within 150 miles to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes.
• Computing cost factors when preparing estimates.
• Following the proven selling system and programs to ensure success.
