This field-based role involves promoting and selling Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use. The representative will be responsible for educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance, directing product evaluations, and managing product inventory. The position requires understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and customer requirements, including HIPAA and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute. The role may also involve assisting with trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings, as well as training and developing other sales personnel. The representative will need to solve customer product problems efficiently and keep their regional manager informed of territory progress.
