This role offers comprehensive training and mentorship, starting with 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything you need to succeed in digital sales. We offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings of $90,000-$100,000 in Year 1 and $105,000-$125,000 in Year 2.
