Outside Sales Representative - Home Improvement
About The Position
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell Hansons home improvement services directly to homeowners. This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, bi-weekly pay, and potential bonuses and incentives. On-target earnings are $60,000–$100,000+. Paid training is provided, and the role offers growth opportunities. The representative speaks with homeowners about home improvement services, educates them on available solutions, helps them select products, generates leads, closes sales, and schedules installations. Prior sales experience is not required.
Requirements
