About The Position
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative to sell Hansons home improvement services directly to homeowners. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $50,000–$90,000+, and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. Paid training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required. The role involves speaking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, explaining available home improvement solutions, helping customers choose products, generating leads, closing sales, and scheduling installations.
Requirements
