Entry Level Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Hibu is seeking motivated individuals, whether college students preparing to graduate or recent graduates, to kick-start a rewarding career in sales. Our award-winning training program and supportive team culture are designed to set you up for success in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. We offer comprehensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching, covering all aspects of digital sales. This role offers a hybrid flexibility, combining remote work with in-field client visits, providing autonomy and variety. You will partner with small businesses to offer digital marketing solutions, prospect within your territory, conduct presentations, build long-term relationships, and earn residual income. We are looking for individuals with grit, strong communication and relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others succeed. Sales or marketing internship experience and leadership skills are a plus. - Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more)
- Prospect and cold call within your territory to build your client base
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
- Build long-term relationships and earn residual income through client retention
