About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its Commercial Power division. The primary function of this role is to generate profitable sales from the rental of large generators, air compressors, temperature control equipment, and desiccant dehumidifiers. This position targets the commercial market segment, serving customers who use equipment for short-term needs or long-term projects across various industries such as sandblasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, manufacturing, special events, facility maintenance, tent and party rentals, remediation, general contracting, HVAC, electrical contracting, construction drying, generator services, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, and college campuses. Requirements

B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry required.
Strong project management skills.
Strong new business development skills.
Strong customer retention skills.
Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.

Nice To Haves

Power Generation and testing equipment background highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment (Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers).
