About The Position
Nader's Pest Raiders, part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands, is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Commercial Evaluator for commercial accounts. This field-based sales role involves meeting prospective clients, networking with commercial customers, surveying and estimating properties, and counseling clients on pest control options. The representative inspects properties to assess pest-prevention needs, recommends appropriate services, and clearly and accurately explains their benefits. The role uses a trained sales process and involves working at a variety of locations rather than sitting at a desk.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in tight spaces in various weather conditions.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services.
- Basic math skills.
Responsibilities
- Keep appointments as scheduled and follow up promptly.
- Build rapport and network with prospective commercial customers.
- Survey and estimate properties and counsel clients on pest control options.
- Inspect properties to assess pest-prevention needs.
- Recommend appropriate services and explain their benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
- Use the company's trained sales process to gain new customers.
