About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses through a partnership-selling model. The role offers a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Year-one on-target earnings are $90,000–$100,000, with year-two on-target earnings of $100,000–$120,000; additional earnings are possible through uncapped commissions and bonuses. The position uses a hybrid sales environment, combining home-office and in-field work. New representatives receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of on-the-job field training, as well as ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities

Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership-selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
Grow a personal book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions by retaining clients through strong account management.
Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
