About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement within a Fortune 250 company that provides industry-leading sales training and technology. The Sales Representative will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees, identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, and selling additional solutions to existing clients. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, and closing business in the field. Prior sales experience is not required, as ADP provides comprehensive sales training and teaches the use of the latest sales technology.   • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.
  • Skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through.

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.

  • Deepen relationships within existing accounts by strategically cultivating additional business and making life-long friendships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
